Cheap date night ideas - $20 dollar date night

Cheap date night ideas! Join Christy Pessemier, and her willing guinea pig husband – as they scour King & Snohomish Counties in the Seattle area to prove you can go out as a couple and have a great time for under 20 Dollars.

Sneak Peek! Kenmore, WA!

I love Kenmore. I love Yakima Fruit Market (the juiciest apples you’ll ever taste, and the cheapest!), the HUGE Starbucks on Bothell Way NE where you can always find a seat (and I can take my kids for a fun Mom-kid date). Saint Edwards State Park is amazing, with all its trails and Lake Washington waterfront access. There’s also the Burke Gilman Trail (18 mile paved scenic bike and walking route) and Log Boom Park. Wow. This city has it going on! Why haven’t we gone here yet? I think the little strip of paper with Kenmore written on it was in the bottom of the Date Night Jar. Oops. But, I’m glad we finally pulled it out.

Hubby has crafted a plan and is quickly trying to get over a cold so he’s not miserable when we go out this weekend. It looks like this date will be a little different. We’ve been having fun changing things up a bit from week to week. And guess what else? Tuesday’s date night review will not be written by me! Guess who’s writing it?

You will find out on Tuesday, so stay tuned.

P.S. Have you read about 20DollarDateNight reader Kimberly’s date nights on 20DollarDateNight’s Facebook page? She’s from Pierce County, WA and has shared lots of cool places like The Copper Creek Inn in Mt. Rainier National Park, and Midtown Grill Restaurant in Bonney Lake, WA. She rated her date night’s with her Hubby pretty high. I love that she just took a risk and did it. Why not give it a $20 date night try yourselves this weekend? you have nothing to lose!

Until next time,  Happy Dating!
