Great article! I really would like to go on a bike ride & find that same brewery as you did!

-Kathy, Pierce County, WA

Tom and Christy, enjoyed your blog on “date night”. We have tried our “date night” and will share later. It was wonderful. Your outing sounded fabulous, but for now we have to stay off of bikes  but maybe within the near future we can too enjoy that adventure on the trail.

Oh I like the Splurge Jar! Reading your post I was screaming in my head, “No No not the Coinstar! No!” Cause of their fees. But Your Hubby to the rescue! Gift cards! AWESOME! I had no idea! & Hello they spend very nicely too, just like cash! I know for awhile, not sure anymore, but banks used to have coin machines that if you had an account with them there were no fees. I hit the drive up window anymore, seems like I never have a sec to get out & go in. Thanks for the Splurge Jar idea!

Excited to get some ideas for date nights. Neither my husband or I are very creative or imaginative when it comes to date nights.

Christy, I can’t wait to read this! It’s like a modern grown-up’s “choose your own adventure” novel, in serial form.

This brought back great memories of seeing “Casablanca” on the silver screen at The Byrd Theater in Richmond, VA. I was a college student at the time, and I would have been overjoyed to be sharing the experience with my husband (if only I’d met him yet), or (failing that) $18. I love that you got to see Zuzu in person. It’s good to be in touch with something special like that.

SERIOUS Hubby points to the Hubby. (Referring to our Everett Historical Theatre post!)
